This service adds AI to an existing system. The SaaS service designs and builds a complete new application or product.
Can you integrate any software?
No. The system must provide a suitable API, export, database interface or another lawful and technically reliable connection.
Can we choose the AI provider?
Yes, subject to technical fit, availability, data requirements and the project scope.
Will our data train public AI models?
That depends on the selected provider, product tier, settings and contract. We review the intended configuration before production use and document relevant assumptions.
What happens if a third-party API changes?
The integration may need maintenance or redevelopment. Ongoing support and change handling are defined in the proposal.
Can you guarantee the AI output?
No. We can add grounding, validation and human review, but AI outputs can still be incomplete or inaccurate.
Do we need Technical Discovery before implementation?
Not every project needs a separate paid discovery phase. It may be recommended when API access, data flows or technical requirements need further investigation. Discovery provides an assessment and implementation recommendation; it does not include a production integration. Any fee and deliverables are agreed before work begins. A credit towards implementation applies only where explicitly stated in your proposal.
What is the difference between Custom AI Integration and Advanced Integration?
Custom AI Integration covers one focused workflow with agreed connections, AI processing, controls and testing. Advanced Integration suits projects involving multiple systems, custom middleware, more detailed permissions or broader testing requirements. These are alternative implementation scopes. We recommend the appropriate option after reviewing your systems and requirements.
