We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. If you wish to remove your data from our systems or revoke our app’s access to your Meta account, you have the right to request full data deletion.

How to request data deletion:

  • You can remove our application’s access directly from your Facebook Settings (Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites).
  • Send an email to privacy@hubflowhq.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will wipe all your associated data from our servers within 48 hours and provide a confirmation of deletion.
